Livestock Evaluation - Junior & Senior Divisions


Provide the opportunity for students to identify, evaluate, and discuss relative differences in breeding and market livestock and to apply livestock industry knowledge and production priorities through evaluation and selection of beef cattle, swine, sheep, and meat goats.
