Sydney Linse, a senior at Chadron State College, receives instruction from Troy White, a Panhandle-based ALEC regional faculty member, during shop-class instruction for aspiring agricultural teachers. White provides the instruction as part of ALEC's new 3+1 agreement with Chadron State to boost Nebraska’s ag educator pipeline.

A new joint agreement between Chadron State and the University of Nebraska–Lincoln’s Department of Agricultural Leadership, Education and Communication is maximizing the educational opportunities for students at Chadron State College aiming to become ag educators.
