Justine Yeo Bircher currently works as a postdoctoral research associate in ALEC. She is involved in a large mixed methods research endeavor which seeks to uncover how community leadership systems can best meet the needs of local communities.
Education
Justine recently graduated with her Ph.D. in Human Sciences with a specialization in Leadership Studies in the Department of Agricultural Leadership Education and Communication.
Research:
Her professional interests include community leadership development, immigrant integration, and research methodologies.
