Blair Bagley is a doctoral student in Human Sciences with a specialization in Leadership Studies in the Department of Agricultural Leadership, Education, and Communication at the University of Nebraska–Lincoln. She holds a Master of Public Administration (MPA) in Nonprofit Management from the University of Nebraska Omaha and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Sociocultural Anthropology with a minor in International Development from Brigham Young University.
Her research interests include strategic cross-sector collaboration, collective impact networks, public–nonprofit relationships, and integration of collaborative leadership education for advancing systemic change.
Prior to her doctoral studies, she accumulated over two decades of experience in nonprofit leadership, public service, and on volunteer boards at the local, state, and national levels. Most recently, she contributed to Nebraska’s family support and prevention system through her work with the Nebraska Children and Families Foundation.
