Dr. Becky Haddad is an Assistant Professor of Agricultural Education in the Department of Agricultural Leadership, Education and Communication (ALEC). In addition to formal education, her teaching experience includes the high school classroom, 4H youth development, summer camp counselor, and raising three kids. Becky uses her research interests to support preservice and in-service teachers in making a career out of teaching in agricultural contexts. Her research interests lie with educational workforce development focused on career trajectories using systems approaches. In addition to supporting preservice teachers with her teaching on campus, she engages in professional associations to support in-service teachers through delivering scheduled and ongoing professional development related to navigating educational systems and careers.
