Personal Leadership Graduate Certificate

The Personal Leadership Graduate Certificate is ideal for new or experienced leaders and supervisors, or anyone preparing for a leadership role. The 12-credit hour program is offered online (or in combination with online and in-person courses) and can be completed in as few as two semesters.

By enhancing your leadership knowledge and skills, you will be better equipped to engage as a high impact leader after earning the certificate. Complete the certificate as a stand-alone credential, or complete the certificate on your way to a master’s degree in Leadership Education, where all the personal leadership certificate credits apply to the master’s degree.
