ALEC-Leadership Alumni

  • Tori Pederson used her leadership skills to build communities through the Rural Fellows program and now works in Training and Development with TeamMates Mentoring.
  • Brytany Gama turned her leadership experience into national influence, serving as a National Officer for MANNERS and even starting a MANNERS chapter here at UNL.

ALEC-Leadership May 2025 Graduates

  • Naidaly Gonzalez Miranda plans to pursue a Juris Doctorate to serve underrepresented communities. While applying to law school, she’s also exploring legal field experiences to deepen her impact and prepare for a career rooted in justice and service.
  • Kendra Loseke is actively job searching with the goal of entering the Human Resources field—specifically in Talent Acquisition—where she hopes to enhance the hiring process and help organizations grow through strong, people-centered practices.
  • Danielle Osmond will continue her work with the Boys & Girls Club of Lincoln/Lancaster County as the Club Operations Specialist. With a passion for equity and community connection, she’s committed to creating shared learning spaces and long-term opportunities for others.
