Raquel Taylor is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Human Sciences with a Specialization in Leadership Studies from the Department of Agricultural Leadership, Education and Communication (ALEC). She obtained her B.S. in Agricultural Education from Utah State University and her M.S. in Agricultural Education from Oklahoma State University. Raquel has a passion for agriculture, education, people, and the communities in which they live. Raquel currently works with Rural Prosperity Nebraska.
