Justine Yeo is currently pursuing a Ph.D degree in Leadership Studies. This will be her third degree from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, with a first Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and Psychology, and a second Master’s degree in Survey Research and Methodology (with a minor in Business Analytics).

In her previous work, she served as a statistical research analyst at the Nebraska Department of Education. It was during her work there that she began to develop an interest in global leadership, public administration, and community development.
