Michael Ferguson grew up in Kimball, Nebraska. He is majoring in Agriculture and Environmental Science Communication with a minor in Leadership Communications. After graduating in May 2019, he will return to the Kimball area and begin work as a farmer.

Agriculture has always been a very large part of Michael's life. From participating in 4-H and FFA to being a farm hand, agriculture has always had a piece of his heart.

Outside of agriculture Michael has gotten into officiating football and basketball. Sports have been a large part of Michael's life and he has been able to continue that involvement in his favorite sports at the officiating level.
