Daniel Tinyogtaa Adama is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Human Sciences with a specialization in Leadership Studies in the Department of Agricultural Leadership, Education, and Communication at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. He holds a Master of Philosophy (M.Phil.) degree in Curriculum Studies and a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed. Hons.) degree in English, both earned from Catholic University of Ghana.

Prior to his academic pursuits at UNL, he served as the Executive Director of Rural Education Support Trust and worked as Project Coordinator of Don Musso Educational Village in Ghana.

Daniel is a proud Mandela Washington Fellow, having completed this prestigious program at Indiana University Bloomington. This experience has enriched his understanding of leadership and its impact on communities. His dedication to empowering the next generation underscores his belief in the transformative power of education.
